Shipping

Items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, shipping options are:

Shipping is FREE on orders of two or more items

Standard 2-3 day delivery

Royal Mail Tracked24 - 1 day delivery

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned outside the 14-day window.
